* Habanero Pepper.
* Scent Leaves or 1½ Tablespoons of dry uziza.
* 2 Medium Onions.
* Cray fish.
* Salt.
* 2 Stock Cubes.
Before you proceed, the cooking of your Goat Meat Pepper Soup. Note ;
* Chop your Goat Meat into pieces, but if you are using it to eat Rice keep some meat chopped big.
Chop the Habanero Pepper into pieces.
* Chop your onions.
* Select the leaves of the scent leaves and wash the it. If using dry uziza, rub with your palm to break them into pieces.
* blend the Cray fish. {optional}
DIRECTIONS :
1. Set up your cooker or pressure cooker or stove, and rince all the cooking tools you want to use.
2. Place the pot on the cooker or stove or use pressure cooker. Rince the goat meat which you have already chopped and pour into the pot and cover it.
Note : you don't need to add water to the above steps.
3. After like 2 minute's add the following to the meat :
* Stock Cubes.
* Grounded Calabash Nutmeg (Monodora myristica) Seeds.
* Chopped Onions.
* Cray fish.
Cover and continue cooking.
4. After like another 5 minutes add the remaining ingredients like:
* Habanero pepper.
* Scent leaves or Uziza leaves.
Cover and continue.
5. After like 3 minutes, your Goat Meat Pepper Soup is ready to eat.
