Coconut is one of the most healthy food that has enough benefits. It use to
makes delicious dishes. Such as coconut oil, coconut milk, coconut water, coconut flour, coconut flakes. And today it being used in home kitchens, ceremonies, restaurants and packaged foods. That why I always have some coconut in my kitchen. Coconut milk is not only use to cook rice, you can add to your breads and cakes. The more your research on Coconut milk, the more you see a lot of recipes using coconut milk for. Some even use the Coconut milk for white juice. Coconut milk can be thin or thick. Thick coconut milk is the milk that is strained after blending it, and when warm water is added to the thick milk, this is known as the thin coconut milk. And if you keep your coconut milk to settle down, then coconut cream separates from the milk and rise on top.

Things you need to Extract the milk from the coconut.

GRATER,

WATER, or you may use the COCONUT WATER.

BLENDER.

SIEVE.

or

CHEESE CLOTH.

INGREDIENTS and TOOLS needed.

FRESH COCONUT.

"HAMMER" to BREAK the COCONUT.

KNIFE.

Normal WATER or COCONUT WATER.

GRATER.

BLENDER.

SIEVE.

It's absolutely a simple tweak if you follow the simple steps blow.

1. Burst the coconut and put it in a bowl to collect the coconut water. Although we  don't really need the coconut water and you may use it to blend it if you like or drink it. It even good for health.

2. Use knife or any other tools to remove the coconut meat.

3. Chop or Grate the coconut meat into smaller pieces.

4. Put the chopped coconut in a blender and add warm water or the coconut water to it.

5. Blend on high for about 5 minutes until the mixture is thick and creamy.

6. Pour your blend coconut into a sieve and use spoon to exact more pressure on it to filter out all the milk.

7. Now your coconut milk is ready to used or if not ready to use, store in
fridge for future use.
